Chris has over three decades of experience in the hospitality sector and was responsible for operations in the luxury, mid-scale and select service segments. 

He worked for several independent luxury and boutique hotels as well as for leading global hotel operators. He gained experience in Europe, the US, Russia, the Middle East, Australia, and the Indian subcontinent. 

He is driven by quality management and ensuring owners, associates and guest satisfaction. He has been advising on many hotels, resort and integrated complex operations on various continents over the years. 

Before joining Aureus Advisors, Chris was Hyatt's Area Vice President for Western India, overlooking the largest portfolio on the subcontinent with several flagship properties under his management. 

York has more than 35 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with the majority in senior leadership positions across luxury brands in hotels, resort and residences such as LHW, GHM and The Ritz Carlton. 

He also gained extensive knowledge in the hotels and resorts development field during his time with GHM hotels in their head office based in Singapore and ALDAR Estate in Abu Dhabi.

For many decades, York has managed some of the finest and most luxurious operations and gained numerous accolades over the decades in achieving the highest guest and employee satisfaction while also ensuring owners goals are being met.

Dirk has gained experience in various countries across Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.
 

His in-depth expertise lies primarily in the fields of food and beverage and culinary for luxury hotel operations.  
 

He is an expert for operation management reviews for hotels and resort operations. 

For many decades, Dirk has managed some of the finest and most luxurious operations in his field of experience and implemented many new concepts and executed strategies that were leading the way in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
 

Dirk is leading the team in Turkey in his capacity as Country Head for Aureus Advisors. 

  Will has over three decades of luxury hotel and resort experience in the hospitality sector and has been involved in some of the most exciting projects in Europe and the Middle East. Having started his career at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, he gained further experience in the Middle East.

His passion involves Integrated Tourism Complexes, and he was spearheading projects with Hamptons International for large scale luxury tourism projects in the MENA region. 

His career heavily focused on the aspects of Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Information Technology.

Before leaving the Middle East in 2015, Will set up an E-commerce  business for the hospitality sector, offering E-commerce solutions to operations in todays pre and post Covid-19 world. 

Theodor is a decorated Michelin Star Chef with a proven track record in food and beverage concept development. 

He gained extensive culinary experience in Italy before working in the Middle East, South America, the Bermudas, China, Malaysia, and Europe. During his time abroad he worked for such leading hotel companies like Hyatt, Shangri-La and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. 

At current, he is personally overseeing the culinary operation of nine restaurants in Italy, Cyprus, Maldives, Egypt, China, and onboard three luxury cruise liners.

  Theodor is known for creating bespoke food and beverage concepts and offers additional expertise in the detailed planning of an efficient kitchen and back-of-the-house layout. 

His expertise also includes the creation of recipes and plate descriptions and establishing a product market list. 

With a Bachelor in Business and Hotel Administration, Rachel has extensive knowledge in managing complex operations and processes. 

She has managed business in Europe, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Russia, India and Australia and gained experience living abroad from her native Australia since 1999. 

Besides hotels and resorts, she also gained valuable experiences in freestanding restaurants and the travel trade, where she worked for one of the largest B2B wholesalers in the Middle East. 

Rachel is overseeing the administration aspects of Aureus Advisors and supports the team at large.
