Dirk has gained experience in various countries across Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.
His in-depth expertise lies primarily in the fields of food and beverage and culinary for luxury hotel operations.
He is an expert for operation management reviews for hotels and resort operations.
For many decades, Dirk has managed some of the finest and most luxurious operations in his field of experience and implemented many new concepts and executed strategies that were leading the way in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Dirk is leading the team in Turkey in his capacity as Country Head for Aureus Advisors.
Will has over three decades of luxury hotel and resort experience in the hospitality sector and has been involved in some of the most exciting projects in Europe and the Middle East. Having started his career at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, he gained further experience in the Middle East.
His passion involves Integrated Tourism Complexes, and he was spearheading projects with Hamptons International for large scale luxury tourism projects in the MENA region.
His career heavily focused on the aspects of Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Information Technology.
Before leaving the Middle East in 2015, Will set up an E-commerce business for the hospitality sector, offering E-commerce solutions to operations in todays pre and post Covid-19 world.
Theodor is a decorated Michelin Star Chef with a proven track record in food and beverage concept development.
He gained extensive culinary experience in Italy before working in the Middle East, South America, the Bermudas, China, Malaysia, and Europe. During his time abroad he worked for such leading hotel companies like Hyatt, Shangri-La and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
At current, he is personally overseeing the culinary operation of nine restaurants in Italy, Cyprus, Maldives, Egypt, China, and onboard three luxury cruise liners.
Theodor is known for creating bespoke food and beverage concepts and offers additional expertise in the detailed planning of an efficient kitchen and back-of-the-house layout.
His expertise also includes the creation of recipes and plate descriptions and establishing a product market list.
Thomas is an experienced hotelier, having graduated as Valedictorian and EHL Spirit Award from the prestigious Ecole hôteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.
He worked in various leadership positions at numerous properties across Germany, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, expanding his European exposure into Asia in Singapore.
Brands and groups he worked for are Althoff Collection Hotels (Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg), international airline caterer Servair, boutique hotel brands 25hours and Hotel Indigo, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne owned by Katara Hospitality.
A native from France, Thomas heads our operation in the city state and currently travels between Singapore and Switzerland.
